Hair must be tied back out of the face and no jewelry should be worn. Students are to have bare feet or gymnastics shoes. Boys - gym shorts and a T-shirt, with bare feet. Please do not wear normal street clothing. No gum, candy, jewelry, or street clothing. Leotards, Shorts, T-Shirts and More can be purchased from the Pioneer Pro-Shop located outside of the office
Parents are welcomed to view classes at anytime, and we encourage you to stay and do so if at all possible. Parents should view from the designated viewing area, located on the second floor of the gym. A children’s table is provided for other children to do homework or color. At no time should parents or siblings be on the gym floor (except when assisting a Kids Clubhouse class). Please do not sit in walkways. Please keep all cell phone conversations to a minimum as the viewing area is open to the facility. Please do not talk to or otherwise distract the children participating in classes, as any interruptions could result in serious injury.
First and foremost, our staff is always available to answer your questions. Please arrive to the facility a few minutes early or stay a few minutes after to speak with an instructor as we ask that you do not interupt the class. Here are a few of the popular questions: - Do We have to wait until the New Session starts?
No! We have rolling admission which means you can join anytime. Class tuition will be prorated for the remaining session.
- Can we try a class to see if my child enjoys gymnastics?
Yes. Please call the facility to schedule a time and day that your child can try the class.
- How many students are there per instructor?
For safety reasons, our guaranteed ratio policy is 8 students per instructor. We try to give the most one-on-one attention as possible. Putting your child through a mill doesn't work in gymnastics, or most other activities in life!
- How do I register?
You have two options, you can register online (click here) or visit our facility to fill out the registration forms! If you are busy, give us a call to reserve room for your child and fill out the paperwork before the first class when you drop off your child.
- How often is your facility cleaned?
A clean gym can save costs and promote good health. We disinfect all of our equipment and use a professional cleaning crew to clean everything weekly. Hand washing is a key component in preventing infection, and we provide hand sanitizer.
