MAKE-UPS
If the gym is closed due to inclement weather or holidays, the instructor will schedule classes missed and you will be notified accordingly.  Classes may not be made up for inclement weather if the gym remains  open for that day.

 Gymnasts are allowed only one make up class per session.  Any missed class which is not made up will  not result in a credit to your account.

 If your child is the only gymnast present for any class, that class will only be a ½ hour private lesson.

PAYMENTS
Preferred payment is by Check or cash. Please make checks payable to Pioneer Gymnastics. On the front of the check  please include:

 • child's first and last name
 • day and time of class

Please be advised that we have a late fee. To ensure you don’t
receive a late fee, please pay tuition on or before the first class
of each session.

MULTI-FAMILY DISCOUNT
Families with more than one student registered during the
same session are eligible for a tuition discount.




RETURNED CHECK
A fee of $25.00 is charged on all returned checks.

REFUNDS
After the second week of class, no refunds will be given. The only exception will be for long-term illness or injury  which is accompanied by a doctor's note. There is no  crediting of missed classess from session to session.

DROP CARDS
Your space may be automatically held and you will be charged, unless advance notice of discontinuing  (by letter or DROP CARD) is received by our office before the 1st day of the session.

DRIVER RESPONSIBILITY
Parents please come in to drop off or pick up your  children.  We insist on all children waiting inside for their rides.

VALUABLES
Valuable items should not be brought to the gym. Pioneer Gymnastics will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
