Advanced Conditioning: does not teach gymnastics skills. We use our gymnastics equipment for plyometrics, strengthening, flexibility, balance, coordination, body awareness and aerobics. We also use balls, elastic, ankle free weights and other excersises. Classes are semi-structured with different circuits set up with specific exercises to address the areas we are working on that day. Participants get a total body workout by rotating to each station. This Class is to help Gymnasts in classes get stronger quicker so they can excel in gymnastics quicker.

 


These classes run 30-40 minutes.
