How to use portal |

- Before a parent can log in to their account, he/she must provide the Pioneer Gymnastics office an e-mail address, which is entered into JackRabbit Class, our web-based class management software. Even if you are an existing customer, you'll need to contact the office.
- To enter your account, click on the 'Parent Portal' in the navigation.
- Enter your password. If this is your first time logging in, you will need to click on "I Don't Know My Password" and click the "Sign In" button. Read the directions on the next screen and provide an e-mail address you would like the password sent to. Once you have the password, enter the Parent Portal and type your password.
- You will be entered into your account. You can check for fees owed or fees already paid. You can also make payments through the Portal. Payment via the Portal is not Auto-Pay. Auto Pay is where the Business Office stores your credit card number in JackRabbit and pulls money from that card's account.
